We're so sorry you did not find relief with your products! Each person reacts differently to treatment and it's understandably frustrating that it wasn't the right path for your health needs. It does look like the doctor made adjustments however the updated product had not yet processed by the time you decided to cancel. Regarding a lack of refund, it's worth noting that you'd likely find a similar response if you were to visit an in-person doctor and fill your RX through a local pharmacy. We know that is frustrating though, and have provided a 25% refund of $55. We hope this is a fair solution. Thank you so much for giving Alloy a shot!
