Alloy always fills my prescription in a timely manner so that I never have to worry about not getting my medication!

So far I'm loving my Alloy experience. The responsiveness of the doctors and their willingness to help me work through symptoms I'm experiencing has been above par.

Tried to contact the doctor multiple times in regarding use of prescription and advise with no response.

Product works!!!! While customer service does take a little bit longer for a response, they don’t thoroughly read your question/concern which caused me extra charges and a trip to the post office for a return.

It took awhile to get to the place where my symptoms were under control, but now I am finally having some of the relief that makes life worth living !

This experience has been great. My doctor responds within 48 hours to a message. She is great at listening to my concerns. The Alloy admin team has been helpful too.

Doctor interactions are easy and relatively quick. Prescriptions arrived quickly; however, prescriptions are very expensive.

Being denied HRT through my insurance because my age doesn’t match their protocol, MyAlloy has been a reliable source of help. I feel the doctor reviewing my prescription has been thorough with her evaluation of my situation and has asked questions to gain better understanding if my history. I feel very comfortable with the level of expertise my MyAlloy doctor has with women’s health issues. She has been responsive to my questions in a timely manner.
