I'm going to cancel my subscription. I subscribed because they advertised that they would prescribe oral hormone medication, but they're telling me to buy something I don't need. I left messages with the support team, but there was no answer, the doctor didn't reply, and the support team replied by telling me not to send the same message multiple times and that they were busy. And they didn't answer anything about my problem.And now that I've read the reviews here, I'm worried that they won't cancel it.

Very uncomfortable symptoms became unbearable over the course of a few months, so naturally, I called my doctor but couldn’t get in until 12/31 (and this was in June!). I found out about Alloy, and decided to give it a try. My Alloy doctor is very responsive and got me started on a treatment plan right away. Within 2 weeks, I’ve noticed a huge difference, and I am so thankful! I can go back to the classroom feeling 100% again!

Great product. The doctor doesn't really follow up any more although I'm not sure if it's needed...

Prompt and efficient service. Good product even though I found out that I do not tolerate the hormones.
