I suffer from social anxiety, and I also hate putting pills into my body. I was determined to navigate menopause without pills or anything. After 2 years, this past year being horrible, I had to do something. I moved across the country, which meant finding a new doctor, which my social anxiety makes extremely hard, so was just procrastinating. I really didn’t mind the physical side affects. I’m emotional by nature, so just typing out how much better I feel makes me tear up. You guys rock and probably saved my marriage.
