I have been on estrogen replacement therapy for 45 years due to surgery. I know the many benefits of it, including youthful appearance, mood stability, and increased energy. I was so happy to find Alloy when my prior physician no longer wanted to work with me. I need ERT for my wellbeing. Alloy provided efficient medical screening with access to a physician who understands my needs.

So happy to have found Alloy, and to begin my HRT journey. After spending over 3 years unsuccessfully trying to find a doctor that would prescribe HRT, it was such a relief to find specialists that would allow me to make decisions about my health treatment. I did plenty of research, and my Alloy doctor and I were on the same page as far as my treatment plan. I love that you can ask questions and get a response within 24 hours. Within 1 week of starting HRT, my dry eye condition improved significantly, and the hot flashes are fewer and less frequent. I recommend Alloy to anyone that is looking for Menopause, or Perimenopause relief.

I dealt with Hayden at myalloy. I wouldn’t do business with them again. They doubled up on my shipments within 2 weeks and charged my card twice. Their phone support was nonexistent. Their emails were very rude. I would think twice about ordering from these people.

Bait and switch. When I originally purchased from Alloy it certainly was not made clear that I would be paying $120 for a $40 tube of cream. And Customer Service is none existent.

The first shipment was never received but MyAlloy quickly sent me a new order. Great customer service. Unfortunately after trying for 3 days, my melasma has gotten worse and I'm never in the sun without sunscreen. Thought about giving it more time but it's taken a lot get my melasma tuned down. For this reason I am going to d/c using both products. I'm sorry! I was really hoping it going to help my skin.
