The positives: ease of connecting with a Dr and getting a prescription The negatives: there is no way to alter the timing of your next shipment. Life happens - for me, it was being evacuated for a hurricane. I forgot my medication and there was no way to postpone my next shipment. I had also planned to ask for a higher strength because the original strength was not efficacious enough. Because the medication was already being prepared for shipping, the new dosage will have to wait for the next shipping date in January. I am paying for three months of medication at a dosage that is not efficacious enough.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. You are right that the attempt to move your shipment happened the day your order processed so it was not possible in this instance. However, at any time prior to your billing date, you are able to change this on your own and we will share the directions below. We truly want you to feel fantastic and have let your doctor know the situation with your old dose so they may be in touch to advise you a bit further in the meantime! Directions for changing your bill date can be found here: https://myalloy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/23576508755859-How-do-I-change-my-next-refill-date

Honestly, the ease of access Alloy provides to receive the care/help I needed to manage my menopause symptoms was a difference maker to me being self employed, and busy in life. Alloy has streamlined what may have taken me months to get started. I am pleased with my experience so far!

Deceitful about this being a recurring charge, this was not apparent . I thought I was ordering 1 month and would see how it works, I didn’t like it and figured I just order again and then another charge came through and I didn’t have the money to spend so it made it a very difficult time for me financially.

We are sorry to hear about your experience here! We work very hard to be transparent with our customers and you will find that we shared the subscription details in the order confirmation email. We also email all customers two weeks prior to each shipment to allow you time to stop your subscription which you can do on your own through your account page at any time. That said, it's understandable to be upset when you weren't expecting a charge and appreciate that you took the time to inform us!

My doctor is great and quick to respond. It's only been a few weeks and I'm already sleeping better and feeling more like myself in a way that's difficult to describe, but just feels more like the me I'm used to. SO thankful for this service. Also, though I couldn't use my FSA card to pay online, I submitted the detailed bill and was reimbursed in full! I am 47 and just started experiencing symptoms in the last 9 months. Ladies, don’t wait until it's dire, you can feel good again soon!! I have already recommended it to my sister in law, who has tried for a few years to find a doctor who would take her seriously (all her symptoms and age fit perimenopause, but they will only offer antidepressants) and let her try HRT, and now she's using Alloy too. It is a shame this aspect of women's health is so far behind in general medicine.
