Process to order was smooth
Process to order was smooth. Delivery is prompt however the effectiveness of the product I have yet to see and I'm on my 5th month.

Two significant strikes for this company:
Two significant strikes for this company: 1) My order for estradiol gel, progesterone capsules, and vaginal estrogen cream arrived with the labels for the gel and cream switched, so that I was instructed to rub the cream into my thigh and shoot the alcohol-based gel into my vagina. Good thing I'm a smart lady or that could have ended badly. 2) My request for a lower dose didn't register in the MyAlloy system, and so I received a 3-month supply that I can't use. No unopened products can be returned. Please be aware that the doctor you correspond with about your prescription cannot change your dosage or order. You need to request it online, separately from your messaging with the doctor. I thought MyAlloy would help me save time and expense, but it hasn't. I received more accurate treatment from my HMO, believe it or not, and will be going back to them.

Happy with the skin care bonus added to my own regimen!
I purchased targeted skin care and after a few days of intended exfoliation my skin was accustomed to the new skin care. I am beginning to see some fine lines lessen and overall I am happy with how my skin looks even with the fact that I'm in a drying cold winter in the northeast. I will continue to watch how this skin care use progresses.
