Dr. Paige Clark prescribed me HRT in late April. Its August 8 and i have not heard from her since May 2. Her bedside manner is disappointing to say the least. No checking in to see how my symptoms are, no questions on how I feel- nothing. When I did message her the first week I was on HRT, I received responses that were very generic and clearly AI generated. Im still on HRT because I do feel better, but still deal with symptoms i need guidance on. I will be canceling my alloy subscription and looking for a Dr that cares about my health and well-being. That all being said, I absolutely appreciate how simple amd easy it was to access the HRT in the first place.

I love Alloy! I have used the face cream for a while. I also got the M4 body cream recently and I think they both work great!

I’m just not seen any progress. County calories is counting fat, counting carbs bacon getting over 100 g of protein each day. With all this, my weight has not changed.
