The ordering process was great and everything arrived in good condition. My only complaint is the product was EXTREMELY difficult to get started out of the dispenser.

Thank you for the feedback! Please be sure to turn the bottle upside down and tap it on the counter then continue to pump. This approach forces product towards the air pump. From there it should work fine! If not please shoot our support team an email!

Customer service is very slow to respond, doctor wants me to wait a full 6 weeks to see if my symptoms improve while I try not to lose my marbles from unbalanced hormones at 4 weeks, doctor didn't tell me I need to titrate off the pill slowly as I switch to bio-available hormones - absolute nightmare!! I quit Alloy's meds and went back to the pill to save my sanity, doctor wasn't the slightest bit concerned.
