Easy to establish, especially since I moved and didn't have a primary care physician in my new area yet. I love the focus on women and their special needs during menopause. It's quite easy to contact your physician through the dashboard and they are very responsive. It took a bit of a wait to get the medication through shipping, but not extraordinarily long.
