M4 false claims and terrible customer service
After completing form and stating I was currently taking estradiol patch, Alloy said I could use m4 face cream as it’s not absorbed through skin. I ordered m4 face cream. Product arrived and CLEARLY states that it DOES, in fact, run risk of absorption. My doctor advised me not to use it. I never opened and emailed Alloy for help. An employee emailed me that “since I hadn’t opened it, I would get a refund once I give her shipping address”. Sent her shipping address. Never heard from her. I followed up asking about refund. The same employee then emailed me and and said she can’t give refund. “Sorry for confusion?!” No one was confused except for that employee. Worst customer support. DO NOT BUY if on estradiol patch! False claims.

To clarify the point behind your concern about absorption - The M4 cream cream we prescribe has been clinically proven in our own clinical trial to not have systemic absorption. This means it works locally to improve skin health without significantly entering your bloodstream. You might notice that the pharmacy includes an FDA label on all estrogen products, which can sometimes cause confusion. That label is a general requirement and doesn’t differentiate between oral estrogen (which is absorbed systemically), or any other form of systemic estrogen, and topical forms like this cream. Unfortunately, the labeling hasn’t been updated to reflect the differences between these forms, but rest assured, the science behind this cream confirms that it is designed to work safely and effectively for your needs!

I have really enjoyed the service
I have really enjoyed the service with alloy. The doctors are attentive to my concerns and are willing to answer my questions. The products I have been using have helped me tremendously. I am using M4 and estradiol patches. I am thankful for their services.

Would Not Recommend
First of all each individual needs and reaction are different. This product did not work for me... it caused me to break out which is a negative. Further, the product is too expensive for what it is. I won't not recommend it if you have a tendency to break out.
