I had a problem with the product container, and after I sent in my customer service request, I was assisted in a timely, and friendly manner. I am very impressed with the service from My Alloy.

The doctors really listen! It only took about a week to get a treatment plan that works for me! I had been unsuccessful with traditional doctors offices and I highly recommend giving this a try. I love being able to chat with the doctor anytime I think of a question to ask. This was a game changer for me.

The company is decent…although charge quite a lot honestly for generic products. My issue is with the Dotti patches they prescribe. The patches are so inconsistent. I’ve been using them for two years now…and sometimes I get a “stronger batch” and then my next prescription comes in and I’m having hot flashes and migraines…an obvious tell that the patches have not the same amount of Estrogen in them. It’s very frustrating. Every time I get a new batch, I have no idea what’s coming my way which is very anxiety provoking especially with the high cost. I leave extra patches now to cut up and add in case I get a weaker rx. They also shouldn’t ship in non air conditioned vehicles during the summer. Twice I have received ruined patches due to excessive heat during transport. I just wish they would offer a different brand…if you go on drug review sites…Dotti has a lot of bad reviews saying exactly what I’m saying.

O-mazing cream - It did not work.

The communication with the doctor was quick and easy. The shipment came quickly after.

I do not want anymore.

Great product. Also the follow up from the dr’s was nice.
