4 stars bc when I needed the next shipment to go to Ronald McDonald house I was staying at while my kid was inpatient at hospital but after I talked to alloy to send it to me they just mailed it to my home address and I went so long w/o my meds and at the most stressful time of my life!

Customer service was quick and helpful and resolved a problem with my order, so five stars for that. The app, however, has been a bit of a pain to use. It doeant always show what it needs to show and sometimes doesn’t “resister” choices. It would be nice if that were improved.

I was able to choose my shipping date. I was able to track the shipping over two days. I was able to see when it was "out for delivery." And I was able to time it just right so I could be home to receive it and refrigerate the contents. I appreciate the doctor messaging feature offered. I feel "heard." I travel for work and live in warm Hawaii, so delivery of my temperature controlled order has to be timed perfectly.
