I am glad I took a chance on Alloy
I found myself on alloys website, after another discouraging trip to my OBGYN. I was so tired of the lack of support, and feeling like my needs were not being met for my hormonal issues. The process for intake was a lot less tedious than going to most doctors offices. I also had time during intake to gather information to provide to the doctor, which is very important because I was able to give a more thorough history of my health. They respond quickly and are supportive, making sure you have everything you need. This includes checking in with the patient to see how the adjustment period is going instead of having to wait to go to a follow-up appointment. I feel comfortable messaging my doctor on alloy and asking questions. The direct access to communicate with the doctor and not an office makes it even more ideal for me.
