I liked how the progesterone made me feel in the evenings, and I didn't notice a difference with the estrogen. However, one of my breasts has been in pain for four days and I am concerned if it is an effect from one or both hormones. I had a recent mammogram with a clean bill of health. I have stopped for a day so far and I will see if I feel any improvements.
