Quick delivery and informative!

Everything was very seamless and very professional.

After 2 weeks on Alloy I developed headaches and was told to stop using the product. I had pre-paid for 3 months and asked Alloy if they could reimburse me for the two unused months, due to medical reasons. They refused. Customer Service was the poorest I have seen in a very long time. Buyer beware. After reading Alloy’s response, I would like to clarify that they only sent the first month’s product, not all 3 as stated by Alloy. Each month I was to receive another of the three I had prepaid.

The products are reasonably priced and arrived quickly. Most of all it was great to speak with a doctor that I felt knew what she was talking about! I have only been using the products for 3 weeks but after a follow up conversation with my Alloy Dr today I am able to make some adjustments to my treatment. So nice to be heard!
