I am disgusted with the "canned" communications with the doctor. On more than one occasion I have had questions PRIOR to the refill being processed about my prescription, only to have them ignored and the refill being process and then the Doc saying opsy... Yes I now see the communication... so sad nothing I can do about it..... we will make the change on your next refill.... Two stars because it is convenient to get the prescriptions I need... Zero stars or less for the Docs!

I attempted to receive treatment for perimenopause related symptoms, but because I was 1 year shy of their unstated minimum age - they took my money and refuse to provide a service. Also the "doctors" use AI responses. They didn't know that a hysterectomy causes lack of period

The M4 face cream has made such a difference in my skin. I use it every day!

They play games when trying to cancel subscriptions. It is virtually impossible to find cancel button and when you do cancel they send confirmation but it’s only for one of the three products. Pay attention to make sure all products are cancelled. I hate being taken advantage of.

Alloy filled a gap in my health care for hormone replacement, and I am ever so grateful. My own primary doctor refused to fill my hormone patch prescription because I insisted on staying with MDAnderson in Houston for my mammograms (15 year patient), and my doctor wanted me to use their mammogram facility in Beaumont, TX. I had a complete hysterectomy 25 years ago, and being off hormones was wreaking havoc. I was able to get back on my hormone treatment through Alloy.
