I absolutely love the Symbiotic product. I am disabled. Ive been taking it for 3 weeks. My pain from arthritis and inflammation is almost gone. I cant believe i only need to take a few Advil now! Im shocked and so was my doctor! I've lost 10 pounds, my energy is up, my stomach is flat (no bloating), and im not longer constipated. This product does what it says and more!

I feel completely taken advantage of by Alloy. I ordered some estrogen cream & was auto-enrolled in a three-month renewal plan without my knowledge or consent — something I never agreed to & even had specifically told them before i didn't want to be auto-enrolled ever, & they said no problem. I just wanted to order something once. When got an email 3 months later & I realized what happened and tried to cancel before product was shipped, they could have canceled it then but they still shipped the product and refused to accept a return after i got the product too. That cost me a little more than $100 out of pocket for something I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. I tried to contest it with my credit card company, but Alloy claimed they did nothing wrong — ignoring the fact that I didn’t knowingly sign up for a subscription & had told them so even before they shipped the product. Their only defense was that I wanted to return it because my insurance covered it — which misses the point entirely. I never wanted a second cream, because my insurance was going to cover it. I did not knowingly agree to recurring shipments. Period. This kind of deceptive auto-renewal and rigid no-return policy feels predatory. I’ll never use Alloy again and would not recommend them to anyone.

We are so sorry that it wasn't clear you'd signed up for a subscription. Alloy only offers a subscription service and this is indicated in bold in the order confirmation email. We also email all customers two weeks prior to billing to remind you that this is upcoming. At any point you're able to log in to cancel or postpone without requiring our assistance though we know all of this is possible to miss. We wish you the best on finding a treatment that fits you!
