I've given 4 stars only because I am a new customer. I started using the topical estrogen cream abou a month, month and a half. That said, the registrarion process was easy, including the consultation with the dermatologist.

The ease of correspondence with a Doctor and then getting the Rx within 1 week of the correspondence was so refreshing. I had messaged the Dr. a few times regarding questions I had and always got a quick and courteous response.

I needed some help FAST, and Alloy came through with kindness and utter professionalism and great follow through. I felt heard and cared for, which says a LOT in this day of impersonal, conveyor belt treatment options. The team at Alloy is ultra responsive and on the ball (another rarity). I highly recommend them to anyone who will ask me where I go for HRT.

I really like all the available options and how the provider will have a conversation with you to find the right combination of estrogen and progesterone to treat your symptoms. I also appreciate some of the other products offered even though I haven't taken advantage of them. Lastly, the Dot estrogen patch is nice and small, not like the Climara patch that I was previously on.

I can't imagine not having the freedom to manage my own health. I was able to get all of my symptoms under control in a few weeks and within a reasonable budget. Grateful doesn't begin to cover it.
