I had been on a lo-dose bio identical estrogen, but when I moved from one state to another could no longer get this. Finding Alloy and describing my situation to a doctor was wonderful. The patch prescribed is very lo-dose but is helping to manage the many aches I had before.

The only thing I would suggest is to start prescribing testosterone. There are plenty of studies out there that support it.

trentinoin formula was grainy. felt like I was putting sand on my face. called provider and she said to stop usage and get a replacement. took a while to get through to the team in charge of replacement but they finally got the replacement to me and it was grainy too. I've used trentinoin for many years and I've never had this issue. it appears you have problems with your formulation which causes me to lose faith in your product.

Great customer service and great products! I have been using the M4 cream, tretinoin and oral probiotics for over a month now and love all my products from Alloy. The M4 cream is my favorite and I have noticed positive changes in the texture and suppleness of my skin. Recently, I had an issue with my account and messaged Alloy. It was fixed within a day, with prompt and clear communication. In this day and age, I feel that it is rare to work with a company who fixes an issue so quickly and efficiently—I truly appreciated that and highly recommend Alloy.

Product that should have been sealed came to me opened. Company refused to exchange and/or send replacement. This is not an item that is compounded in anyway and should have 100% had the safety seal intact. There is zero reason to have the safety seal missing on cream that is sold in the same manner as if from a typically pharmacy. Alloy and/or any variation of a third-party should not have opened Estradiol vaginal cream supplied in a standard dosing. The interior metal safety seal that should be punctured by the consumer was done so before it arrived.

I like the actual doctor's communications, not some customer service personnel! I appreciated her answering my questions and clearly listening to my concerns. I like the less hassle. When my schedule is packed, this is a load off my mind! Not having to drive somewhere, wait in a waiting room, etc., it was nice to do the whole thing in the free time that I could squeeze in, making the whole process exceptionally convenient! Mostly I like that I feel SO MUCH BETTER after receiving my prescriptions. I also have the ability to further communicate with a doctor anytime, and know that the doctor is there for me. I was able to get a prompt response today, and questions answered that I didn't even know I had. :-) Lovin' it!
