My auto ship of estrogen cream arrived with a very sticky label. Since the label is large and covers most of the bottle there was no way to avoid it and it left a sticky film on my fingers. I messaged several times and was told each time that since the product wasn’t affected they would not do anything. I asked to escalate my complaint and the same person messaged back that they would give me a 25.00 credit on a 150.00 order. I cancelled my subscription.

I love Alloy. Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable about my concerns. They listen before providing any recommendations. I'm very happy with the products they prescribed me.
