My experience was not good
My experience was not good. I was not sent the item I asked for and charged $200 for. When they realized the mistake they sent me the correct item and charged me an additional $119 WITHOUT authorization! I emailed several times about the mixup to no response. I was told I’d get a refund for a consultation I never received. Didn’t get that either. I had a really bad experience. I do not recommend.

I love it!
I love it! This is the BEST product I have ever purchased to use on my face. I have seen a lot of improvement in about 4 weeks. I have been receiving a lot of compliments on my skin since I have started using it.

I haven't gotten in with a new GYN…
I haven't gotten in with a new GYN since a recent moved to a new state and I needed to start HRT after early menopause. Going through Alloy was so easy. I also started the estrogen face cream. Very convenient and quick!!!

Felt heard and easier to advocate for…
Felt heard and easier to advocate for myself. I was able to explain everything that was going on, tell them what I thought it might be and feel heard. When the Dr. responded she validated, explained why and had already sent in my prescription when I had received the email. I just had to go pick it up.
