I was not told there was a consult fee when signing up or that it was a continuous program with charges occurring every three months. Had I known that at the start, I would never have enrolled. I simply wanted to try a product to see if it would benefit me. None of that information was provided before filling out requested information. Please cancel my subscription immediately, before being charged for anything. You need to be honest and tell potential clients the information upfront before they provide personal information…not after you have collected the credit card data. This happened to me before with another company, and it was a nightmare I never want to experience again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Way too soon to see results but overall experience with Alloy has been good. I like the texture of the cream/lotion. I have not experienced any irritation so far.
