My experience at Alloy has been great. The products are easy to use and the step by step directions were helpful. I also received a video message from my doctor at Alloy and found it informative and welcoming.

Very responsive and timely with communication. I would have given a five but they don’t so testosterone for women which is a needed replacement hormone for women in menopause.

I was forced into menopause at 36 with a fibroid removal surgery-gone-wrong, and my life turned upside-down. I lost collagen immediately, along with everything else that goes at menopause. Part of my identity was my “baby face” that dissolved relatively overnight. I discovered Alloy, and all is well! When I don’t use it, it’s obvious. It it “pops” my face back out on those saggy, sunken days, and I often get compliments on my skin. The only thing I’d suggest is topping it off with moisturizer about 30 minutes after application. It’s a lifesaver for your skin! In love!

Alloy has been really easy and convenient to use. The doctor developed a great plan of care, and the products are wonderful.

Easy to order but the shipping had a glitch and the product was stuck for several days in an unknown place. Not a huge thing but since the ingredients are compounded, it makes you wonder if the temperature was too hot or cold for the product. Maybe more control over shipping would be nice rather than just tell customers that if they wanted more controlled shipping, they could pay more. Product seems nice but I need longer to be sure.

Meds were fine. Doc was fine. Ultimately I just preferred speaking with my own Doc in person. However, after filing in all the requested info to end services, I was just charged again. We'll see if I'm reimbursed as this is not cheap? Is this another subscription that doesn't go away? I finally received a response. When I cancelled it only worked for one of my two meds, supposedly... One doesn't work with the other. Why would I cancel only one? Plus I'm my response, I stated I preferred speaking in person with my doctor. So, no refund. Pretty shady if you ask me!
