The process was easy and fast. My order was shipped quickly.

I received a faulty dispenser and the Alloy team quickly responded and gave a few suggestions that did not fix the problem. However, with good comments we resolved and I received a new bottle that works well.

About 8 weeks in, my hot flashes have gone from 2-3x day to once a week! My “ aches & pains” have decreased significantly ( especially my hip/ ankle pain). As a result, I’m sleeping much better. I have some minor breast tenderness.

Kind of waiting to see these great results that others seem to be having. Been using Alloy for close to a month now, morning and evening as my base moisturizer. I mainly got this product to slow down the appearance of 'jowls' but sadly haven't noticed a difference yet. Maybe it needs more time, or maybe it's just another product with great marketing behind it.

There was an issue with the pump my prescription came in and it was quickly addresses and replacement provided in very quick order. Thank you for your attentiveness!
