I’ve struggled, trying to get physicians to understand my menopausal symptoms. But this has been so helpful with staff on hand to verify my symptoms and the efficacy of estrogen for me. I could not be happier! And immediately I have seen a relief of symptoms that I had suffered with for years. I took this medication to my Doctor Who was very impressed and has pledged to learn more about the struggles of menopause. I’m going to keep using this for the foreseeable future.

The process to set up the consultation was simple & didn't take much time. The doctor responds to messages quickly, most times it was less than 24 hrs. I was told I had to have a mammogram done in order to get my hormones again in 3 months. I am 45 so I understand why but i really dont want to. That's about the only part of the process I dont care for. Shipping time for medication was ok. The doctor answers any and all questions I have whenever I reach out. If you factor in the consult, price of the evamist spray & progesterone pills it costs about $100 a month ($39 consult fee, $278 for the medication for a 3 month supply) That's a small price to pay to feel myself again. The hormones have helped tremendously. I am so grateful I found y'all!

Alloy messed up my order at first, charging me for 2 additional products. It was a bit difficult to contact anyone to get this corrected but they eventually did correct it. Would be nice to have more responsive customer support though.
