Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. You cannot speak with someone when an issue arises. You have to send an email. This is unacceptable when dealing with people and their health. HIRE LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. The fact you are responding to my review on Trust Pilot much quicker than when I reached out to your customer service department(by both email and text) speaks volumes. When I did hear back the person responding either didn't read or didn't understand my problem and did nothing to help. You can't run a business when your customer service is terrible. I am even more disappointed.

I probably haven’t used the product as much as I should so I can’t give a good review but I have to use a paper clip to push on the bottom of the bottle to make it work. The paper clip was customer services’ idea as a solution to my complaint.

Do not buy from here. I ordered estrogen cream for my face, and they sent me sexual arousal ointment. I responded that I did not order that, and they said that was on my intake form. I have no use for the sexual arousal ointment since I am single. I wanted the damn estrogen cream. They would not refund my money. They offered me 50% off my next order, which is not a refund. They just said that’s what I ordered. Very very poor service. After writing this review, they offered me a refund.
