There's no blood work, it takes two days the doctor supposedly reviews your chart and then prescribes hormones which I think are dangerous without bloodwork! If you try to ask the doctor a question good luck… They do not respond unless you agreed to a treatment plan. COMPLETE WASTE of TIME & MONEY!

This dried out my skin and the dispenser broke almost as soon as I got it.

Hormones made simple and I love that. Doctor is lovely and gets back to you so fast. My only note is that I wish insurance could be factored in.

Great customer service! I had a defective product which they provided tips to fix. After trying them and having it still not work, they sent a replacement which works great!
