I first noticed something was off with progesterone and O-Amazing Rxs, and even though the estradiol vaginal cream box was opened, I assumed it had been banged up in the mail, but when the actual hermetic seal was completely gone and cream was coming out of the tube I was livid. I paid $497.93 for 4 prescriptions which it turns out all came out of a compounding pharamacy out of NJ that has several warnings from the FDA over the years for sterilization and hygiene issues leading to contamination. That's when really lost it. I'm not taking a single one of these unopened prescriptions, 2 of them were mixed right there in the pharmacy. What is the likelihood they are 1) inaccurate, 2) contaminated or 3)both. MyAlloy.com or Alloy Women's Health will end up killing people and eventually undoubtedly have a class action lawsuit. This was insane. I paid $500 for medication that I desperately wanted for my perimenopause symptoms. Maybe the universe was saying: girl you're better off toughing it out than dead. Whether they give me my $500 back or not this review is going everywhere including to the BBB (which it turns out Alloy is not accredited through), the FDA, and any other medical malpractice entity who can shut places like this down. It should have been a red flag that all the doctor consult was an email and nothing even actually telehealth. But like many women in my situation I was desperate and the 70 year old male gynecologist in my town just blew me off.

I’m very sorry for how stressful this experience has been for you. We understand how upsetting it can be to receive a medication that arrives in a damaged box, especially when you were relying on these treatments to help manage difficult symptoms. We take concerns like yours very seriously. Your safety and trust are extremely important to us. The good news is, the Estradiol Vaginal Cream does not come with a foil seal. It also was not manufactured at a compounding pharmacy. That said, we do work with licensed compounding pharmacies when customized therapies are clinically appropriate, and we continuously review any concerns raised to ensure all partners meet the standards required for their practice. When a medication arrives damaged, we work with the dispensing pharmacy to investigate what occurred and address it appropriately. I’m glad you connected with our support team so we could begin resolving this directly. As discussed, we reviewing the situation with the pharmacy involved. We’ve also responded to your BBB complaint so we can address your concerns thoroughly through that channel as well. If there’s anything more you’d like to discuss or any additional support we can provide, please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us at [email protected] - We’re here to help.
