My front seatbelt locked during an accident and the airbag light turned on. The body shop was charging $1400 to replace my entire seatbelt assembly, airbag SRS module, and impact sensors which they said *had* to be done with new OEM parts. Problem is the accident happened in Dec 2021, and this seatbelt has been on backorder for 3 months, so I was driving around with a locked seatbelt and airbags that probably would not deploy in the event of an accident. MyAirbags saved me over $1000 and finally gave me back my safe vehicle! I am not car-savvy, so I had my local mechanic remove the seatbelt pretensioner assembly and SRS module to send out to MyAirbags. They kept me updated on their progress every step of the way. Once my mechanic reinstalled the repaired seatbelt and SRS module... Voila! The seatbelt retracts and the airbag light is finally gone! I would definitely do business with them again!

Sent part to them to be repaired they returned part that they said could not be fixed still cost me $26 in shipping to find that out

The return shipping the past two times I use them is an absolute joke takes two days to get there and we’re up to 11 days before I get them back. I guess they will teach me if you want your parts you must pay the expedited service fee!!!!!! Please don’t make the mistake I made, Past experiences and past service is the past!!! Something changed at this company and the service now sucks!!! Don’t do it there are other companies one in the Northeast one in Miami do not use these people you will be sorry!!!!!!!!

Sent my Airbag Control Module to them for repair. Their status updates were incredibly helpful, from placing my order to delivery & all the steps in between. Had an issue on my end, an experienced tech called & walked me thru the issue. He even followed up via email to ensure all was good. Will do business with these guys again!

100% recommend them for cluster repair. They went above and beyond when I had an issue. In the future I will use them again. Thanks Eric.

Irresponsables. En sus anuncios garantizan que envían el producto arreglado en 24 hrs. Sin embargo mi producto estuvo 3 días sin ser enviado. Tuve que llamar para que lo enviaran. Y cabe recalcar que todo estaba pago. También solicite que hicieran el envío de 24 hrs (yo pagando el envío) y me dijeron que NO. Perdí mi cita por no tener mi producto y me penalizaron. MYAIRBAG SON IRRESPONSABLES.

I ordered the wrong airbags for my car and now I am out 515.00 dollars..I can't afford another 480.00 for the right airbags..They are very rude and unprofessional all they care about is your money
