used there service several times, really never had a problem, Just received back 2 belts 2 pretensioners, and airbag module. Installed everything and had an issue with a pretensioner, Called to let them know did all the test i was told to do. Pretensioner showed bad , had to pay to reship out and waited no call to let me know it was done. Then inquired about it 5 days later and told me it was done and waiting on me to pay for shipping to return to me. Really? not only that it took a argument to get them to pay for shipment back when it was clearly there fault but they acted like they where doing me a favor. Seriously on the fence about using them again.
