My truck is in the shop for overheating, and no one can get ahold of the company. I have tried the number on the website for 2 days 18002939223, the message says they are experiencing technical problems call back later, the claims line 3024663798 is disconnected out of service, emailed Admin and sales, M. miller with no reply, sent notes through the website- no reply. So I'm gonna ask for some assistance here to get in touch with these folks so I can get my truck repaired.

They must be a scam company.They took my money upfront .Like 2800.00 for their platinum elite plan ,or whatever they call it .I sold the car and contacted them for a prorated refund.After 4 weeks, numerous phone calls and 2 emails I got zero responses…And ,I never got to speak with a human being .

This is seriously the worst auto warranty company that could ever have been in existence. I purchased a warranty, and they then ghosted me. When we needed to file a claim . Months later, I gave up, they totally suck

Where's Michael????? Been trying to get a copy of my contract on one of 2 vehicles. Both paid in full up front. Can't reach anyone. WTF !!!! GUESS IT'S TIME TO START HUNTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW !!!!! WEAPON OF CHOICE "LAWYERS" ! Remember ACE you've left no choice.

Nothing but a scam after over 1.5 years; never received the refund, never paid the claim. I paid in full when I purchased it; they said a check was sent, but I never got it as they never sent it. Asked why you don't refund via CC, as I paid in full when they said check; that way they would say they sent it. Called BBB; never replied to them. Found out they are not even supposed to do business in California, but they take your $ $. Now they dont even answer phone.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no communication from company. Scam….do not use them. Waited on hold for over 3 hrs (multiple times over the course of several days) and still no response. Even the auto body couldn’t reach them after waiting for extended periods on hold. You will regret handing over your hard earned money. Stay far, far, away!!

Stay away from AceAuto Protect. They do not respond to customers. The only time they answer the phone is when someone wants to buy their so-called extended warranty. I've been on hold for 54 minutes waiting to speak to someone. After you make a purchase, you will not be able to reach customer service to file a claim. If you do not believe me, try calling their 1-800 number. Press option 1 for customer service and see if anyone answers. Press option 2 for sales, and they will pick up right away.

No response to phone calls. No full payment made after work completion. Never a straight forward answer to a question once someone finally answers. Auto mechanics have to make numerous phone calls about payment over a long period of time . I wasted $3600. Very poor business.
