Horse hockey kind of a place. Stay away.
Horse hockey kind of a place. Very poor service at its best. They offer to have fed ex pick up the package with a pick up label but when it comes to shipping the item back they only offer usps which if anyone knows the usps it might come this week or next month. Not one person working there gives a hoot when or if your package arrives. Very sad. offer fed ex or ups shipping which are very reliable. I have done business with them for a lot of years but sadly this is the last time I will be sending an air bag module to them. Might be more expensive but will buy new next time and have it programmed.

STAY AWAY !! THEY STOLE PEOPLE PARTS BY CLAIMING THAT PACKAGES CAME BROKEN !!! SEE INTERNET REVIEWS --ALL THE SAME --MISSING PARTS!!! LOST MY 2 SEATBELTS AND ONE PART CAME BROKEN NOT REPAIRED!! FEDERAL VIOLATION FOR SERVICE WHICH COSTUMERS PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVED !!!

Terrible company
Terrible company! Ordered an air bag control module for my F150 and they sent a broken one that was corroded so bad. It wouldn't connect to my PCM. Sent it back and now they are claiming I never ordered anything and cancelled it. I'm glad I used PayPal to get my money back. If you do your research most of the positive reviews are fake.

Sent in module and was told nothing in the box. Box was smashed on both ends and open.How could they have accepted this with no part in it? I am out 700 dallors at dealer now. Will never do it again
