Mount Vernon Carpet OneReviews of mvcarpetone.com

We ended up doing a bit more remodeling of our kitchen than originally anticipated which came to included new flooring. Carpet One was recommended by a friend, so that's where we started (and ended) our search. Morgan was especially helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products they carried. He was friendly, professional and kept us updated. The contractor, Jack Cummings arrived at our home, as scheduled. He and his assistant were also friendly, professional and did an outstanding job on the installation.

We used Mount Vernon Carpet One to install all new flooring in our home. The installation was done in a timely, very professional manner. But what impressed us the most was the follow-up customer service. I highly recommend Mount Vernon Carpet One. Thanks again to Morgan, Arron, and the installers.

Working with Dotty our sales person was smooth & easy from purchase to installation. Everything was well done & looked great!

Professional and great to work with. Installers did an excellent job and project was completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and will go to them for any future projects.

I have been so pleased with every stage in redoing my kitchen floors and counters. When Contacted Carpet One I had been more or less forced into signing a contract by another flooring company with a 3 day window to cancel. Carpet One came in immediately, measured my floors and gave me their estimate the next day. They were quick and thorough & I ended up getting a great floor thru Carpet One without pressure and contract until I made up my mind what I wanted to do. The installer came within a week and laid down the floor. They were very courteous people to work with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We came to Carpet One after a terrible experience with our contractor. I cannot say enough about Tanya and how over several months time, helped us with getting exactly what we needed to re-do both of our bathroom floors and shower walls. She was patient and always helpful when I would call with more questions and the best part was that she would call me back if I left a message! Always appreciated. Our installers, Steve and Steven were terrific. Showing up on time and doing a professional job. Keeping us informed all along the way was very important. I will definitely use Carpet One when I am ready to re-do my kitchen counter top and back splash.

We were extremely happy with the service and quality of the products we selected for our home. We were treated with respect and efficient service. The results exceeded our expectations

Last year (June 2016) I needed to replace a really awful laminate flooring job the previous owner had DIY'd in my kitchen and dining area. I went into Carpet One because I had them install carpet in a rental several years before. When Larry Henderson approached me he had his work cut out for him, as I was VERY UNSURE of what I wanted. I did know that I wanted something durable and that looked good. I explained to him my two previous costly nightmares with hardwood flooring and with laminate flooring, both of which had been installed by professional contractors and done incorrectly! So I was very leery. Larry was GREAT in that he answered all my questions (patiently). He has a good command of what is available and the best application. I decided on luxury plank vinyl that was installed in the kitchen and dining room by Duane and Brian (very personable, easy going and professional men who know their craft). Fast forward a year to June 2017 when I returned to have the same floor installed in the remainder of the upstairs, as well as replace carpet on the stairs that Carpet One had installed 8 years ago. This job was a little more labor intensive, as the floor had to be built up to match the existing floor. So, I was thrilled when Duane and Brian pulled up, as I knew they knew what they were doing! It took them two days to build the floor up with new plywood & cement to level it out. But when they left you would never know they had been there, other than I had brand new floors & carpet. They cleaned up after themselves and again, were personable and careful as they worked around the house & answered my 4 year old grandson's constant barrage of questions! Even letting him "help", which he thought was GREAT! Brian has made a friend ! I became aware of Carpet One about 9 years ago when they were the company that my church contracted with to replace all the carpeting & flooring in our fellowship hall as well as the countertops in our commercial kitchen remodel. They did an excellent job then and now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Carpet One.
