So refreshing to buy and use a system that delivers results as slick as in the tutorial videos. I didn’t even wear white gloves! The cover washers’ adhesive might be best retired. Suggest a short cylindrical stub on the back of the washer to snug into the drilled hole. But, by far, the greatest delight was my interactions with Helen! Cheerful, positive, patient, knowledgeable. A gem! I’m already looking for another Muzata project

My design consultant Lia was awesome!! The customer I was doing the project for was extremely needy and indecisive, constantly changing his mind on what he wanted. Lia remained extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole project design, even though I was even getting frustrated due to the customer. She gave several great suggestions to ensure the best final project possible. She always responded super fast to all my emails. I only wish that my reps for all the other companies were as extraordinary as she is. She's absolutely amazing at her job and made it as easy of a procedure as possible! Thanks so much Lia!!!

Today, I spoke with Brandon, and he gave me some product ideas to consider. I am presently working to decide which rope fasteners I will need to complete my project. Brandon is very easy to speak with and knowlegeable.

The invisible screw tensioner system looks amazing and easy to install. My contractor really liked the system. We love the look. I Installed the black cable version. My only concern is the adhesive sleeve. I wish it recessed into the hole versus just sticking to the post. Lia our design assistant with customer service was awesome to work with. If you are serious about having a great looking deck; go with Muzata.

I am dissatisfied with my interactions with this company. There is a number to call for assistance. I assumed this would include help with purchasing several thousand dollars worth of their products. I was mistaken. I explained my needs to the gentleman who answered my call and he responded by telling me there is a tool on the website to help with that... I though, why would you waste your time getting the customer what they need when a clunky, barely usable internet tool that is capable of answering absolutely zero of my questions can do it for you? Makes perfect sense to me. You lost my business in a matter of seconds. I don't know very much about this company but that interaction deserved a 1.
