I ordered two pairs of glasses onApril,30,2023 #12304192076 I returned the two pairs of glasses that were not suitable and have been very unhappy with the poor customer service from Muukal. I would like my refund since this is what I was told I would get once the glasses were received - no refund to date. I have a receipt where the glasses were shipped back to china and Muukal is still denying my refund. I have kept a continuous stream of messages from this company and I will continue to keep this and show people until I get my refund. Certainly no customer service and no professionalism at all. They are asking about my order , when they know who is writing this comment , as I have shared with them. so now I will write the messages received from them. to prove the lack of Customer Service with Muukal.

Received my glasses today they are perfect! No problems! It took 2 weeks exactly from day I ordered to day I received! Got regular prescription glasses, and also prescription sunglasses ! I was worried about ordering online and them coming from china, but it was a very professional company  Will be ordering again!

Absolute SCAM of a company. Measurements are inaccurate, shipping takes forever, and company will not allow returns.

I ordered my glasses and they came just as I expected. The price was great for everything I received.

I was a bit leery buying 2 pairs of glasses for $45 and wondering if I was getting scammed. They came today and I am over the moon. The prescriptions are PERFECT. The frame quality isn't as good as the designer frames I was used to but perfectly functional. Super cute styles as well and I was able to get 2 different prescriptions for different purposes. Glasses I have bought in a store ended up being twisted and not sitting straight because my prescription is high and the makers were ham-handed. These sit perfectly on my face and the lenses are a lot thinner than the ones I paid over $100 for! I have already shared the web site with my family and moving on to share it with friends!

I was skeptical at first ordering glasses online . Iam as pleased as one could be with their product and customer service . I had reached out to them with a question and they responded with in 24 hours answering all my questions this was an international purchase so that had worried me with shipping but they kept me up to date with tracking the whole way. I would recommend to everyone I love my glasses they are super cute and comfortable and the lenses are on point thank u

the order took a while and the glasses arrived broken. I can't see well with them either. I did not notice that only a partial refund is offered if not satisified.
