I ordered 3 pairs. I was very pleased with the way they looked and fit!!! Prescription was right especially with the premium progressive for computer and reading!! I would recommend to EVERYONE!!!

I ordered a tint on the glasses and it's not there. The frame feels flimsy.

My first time ordering glasses online and I love them! I spent time getting my face measurements and pupillary distance as I wear progressives and also need a prism lens in one eye, and they got it perfect. I love being able to see correctly. The price is unbeatable and the quality of frames is better than the glasses I last got at a local store. Will buy from them again!! Update: I made a second order for glasses and about 3 days after the order, I realized that one of the frames would be too big and wanted to exchange the frames. Totally my fault and my error, however, I contacted customer service and they were able to exchange the frames with no problem, even though I let days lapse! I just received my second order and got exactly what I wanted. This company is great!

I had ordered frames only as I wear progressives and I don't like paying for lenses until I know for sure the frames will fit ok. 1) their site says free returns, but after the 5th time sending emails to their customer service to see about how to proceed with returning them, I've given up. 2) they ask for the original prescription even after I've explained that these were frames only. 3) I'd actually like to order more (even if they can't be returned), except I really want FRAMES ONLY. On their website it keeps insisting I choose a lens thickness (adding to the cost and which will be discarded). I've asked several times how to order it without, and they keep sending me a link to "how to order". On the lens thickness page there are 7 options...including a non-spheric which is free. Unfortunately, it seems on the US website this was left off and there are only SIX options available....and it won't let you place an order until you choose one. 4) It takes two days to get a response from customer service, and they either don't read your question, or they don't understand it. Every time I try to explain the problem, they refer me to the same link. It's a shame as they've got some frames that I haven't see elsewhere, but not sure it's worth all the hassle. 5) they also need to eliminate and/or change the "free returns" from their site. UPDATE...within 30 min of posting this I got a message from muukal requesting further info so I was optimistic. I didn't want to post personal info on this site, so forwarded this review and their response and the answers requested to their customer service site. That was over two days ago.... UPDATE...heard back once more from them and nothing more. It's now been two weeks. And a month since I first contacted them about a return and an issue I was having with ordering frames only. They seem to respond fast to reviews, but not actually to customer service. I've given up. and it's a shame. There were a few more pairs I would have liked to order, even if I ended up having to donate them because of return problems.

Ordered the Gabor multicolor frame. I absolutely love them... they are cute, lightweight, and comfortable. The prescription is spot on, and customer service is great... my PD is different from the options you can select from... 60.5... I messaged customer service and they adjusted it as soon as they got my message. The frames seem to be well made. That being said, regular shipping does take a while, so if you need your glasses right away, pay the extra for faster shipping... I will be next time. Ordered on the 25th of August, and received on the 11th of September. However, I absolutely love my glasses and how they look/feel on me, so overall happy customer here... I just know for next time to pay extra for speedier shipping!

I really want to love the site. Prices are unbeatable and the selection of cute frames is amazing. However, of the 6 pairs I bought, 2 have broken plastic pieces, 2 have issues with close focus, and one pair is not correct for distance focus.
