This company, if you want to call it a company. More like a scam. I have been waiting for my glasses now for several weeks. Tried to cancel my order and when the customer service responded they said my glasses had shipped. They had not shipped only a label was made and now that label is just sitting in this so called companies warehouse. Now I can not get anyone to answer me about the issue with my order. I guess 100.00 down the drain

Such a great deal! Got the 3 pair for $119. Cute frames, great quality! Had a small cosmetic issue with one of the frames, contacted them and had a new frame in a few days!

I received my glasses in the time stated, the lenses were perfect. The frames were all in good condition and quality items. There was one pair that didn’t arrive due to being out of stock but they quickly corrected that and my replacement glasses are fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with Muukal!

These are honestly the best glasses I have had in over 20 years! The lens are so crisp and clear. I got the premium progressive lens and the coating package. I could do this because their pricing is phenomenal! I ordered 3 pair of glasses and I couldn't be more impressed, for real! This is my new company for glasses and, I'm telling all of my friends and family too....thank you Muukal for such a high degree of quality!

1st: I love the great variety that they have to offer. It was such a difficult decision, I loved so many! 2nd: I realized that I'd made a mistake on my prescription and emailed them immediately. They responded right away and fixed it. 3rd: I received my glasses quickly and they came in a case with a cleaning cloth, spare nose pads and a tool to tighten screws. It also had an extremely informative pamphlet on how to adjust and care for my glasses that I had never known. 4th: My glasses fit perfectly and I can see perfectly with my Progressive lenses. I've already told my spectacle wearing friends and family how great my experience has been with MuukalOptical. Thank you. Beth
