I have bought glasses from eyebuydirect.com and the prescription was perfect. I thought I would try Muukal and the prescription is off I can’t wear them because all 4 are slightly off and give me a headache. I put my prescription in perfectly and the lenses are not right.

This is a great company, I have ordered over 30 pairs of glasses for friends, family and myself. When frames have not been quite right (which is not often), they have been quick to help out. Last week a frame broke and they sent the same frame at no charge and in two colors!! This is great customer service. Having worked in the optical field for 15 years previously, I am impressed by the quality of lenses and coatings. The frames are nice and hold up well for the price. I recommend Mukkal to all .

Liar, liar pants on fire. I ordered 3 pair of glasses and loved them. Because I only had another week to order with my prescription and knowing that I'd worn the same prescription for 20 years, I decided to order another 3/$119.00 pair. WHAT! A!! MISTAKE!!! They came with totally WRONG prescriptions. I contacted them within a couple days, to replace.... they acknowledged they'd made a mistake, but then refused to replace them. They argued with me. Said to just wear the wrong prescriptions. Einstein's there. They tried to refund me 60.00.... I paid them 119.00. They finally told me they'd send me ONE pair... but those never showed up... but today, after dozens of text messages and many phone calls... NOTHING!! So, essentially, I paid double for my first 3 pairs, and they abandoned me on the second three. SO be aware!! They DO NOT stand behind their guarantee. Liar liar, pants on fire. They turned to extortion to get me to take this down. just goes to show what liar/scammers they are. They told me the mistake was theirs, but now all of a sudden, when I post a negative report, tell me the mistake was mine... and offered to give me a discount on more glasses... as if ...

Easy to order, delivery within 18 days and the price is excellent. I paid less than a third of what I would normally pay in the Uk. The frames are excellent, the prescription is spot on. I had a question and customer service response was really quick. I would have no hesitation in ordering in the future.

First time customer here and I must say, I love this company. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. A regular pair and a pair of sunglasses. The sunglasses were huge, so I messaged the company. I tell ya, they are AMAZING. They redid a pair of sunglasses for me, at no charge, even tho it was my fault. Super cute and fit PERFECT. Thank you Muukal!!!

I've purchased from several online optical retailers and MuukalOptical stands out from the others in value and quality! I purchased two pair of glasses, both much better quality than anticipated from the low price. The lenses are clear, the prescription spot one and the styles are so much fun! The detailed size descriptions on their site helped me find glasses to fit my large head and they looked exactly like the "try-on" option I used to select them. In my past experience with other retailers, the try on features didnt work so well. Also, the delivery was much faster than from other companies! I will absolutely be purchasing from MuukalOptical again!
