Easy ordering process, terrific prices, quick ship, gorgeous glasses!

I have been trying to contact this company 3 times. Text, email and the contact form and never got an answer. I am having problems with the lenses for my glasses which are very wiggly and easy to pop out. It seems putting are review on this site is the only way they will respond so I am trying it. Customer service seems non existent and quality of lenses aren’t great. Hope fully if they ever contact me my opinion will change.

I ordered 3 pair of progressives. When they came I could only read with 1 pair. I emailed and they told me the lenses/ frames on the 2 pair were too large for me. I have had the same size before. There should have been someplace on the glasses I could read through no matter the size. They blamed my prescription but I can sort of see with one pair. So they would only remake 1 pair. I basically let them choose the size of frames. The replacement glasses came today and everything is blurry I can barely make out letters. I will NOT be ordering again. Also I paid extra to get transition lenses the two pair I couldn't use. The remake pair was not transition.UPDATE: The pair pair that I was able to see with but not clearly the cheap frame broke May 14th. I ordered from Zenni just got them and they are perfect same prescription that this company used. So $149 wasted.

This is the cheapest ever eyeglass with a BOGO promo. I've got 2 progressive eyeglass for only $65.

My prescription was completely wrong. Had to email daily and I tried everything they said. They wanted to pick my glasses to make others. I really just wanted a refund by then. Their communication was awful. Might get a response in 2 days if lucky. I have never dealt with a worse company. Order#22402355515

I love my new glasses! I will order again. This is an affordable answer to those of us who need prescription eye wear.

I purchased three pairs of glasses for a really good price recently and I was very sceptical. The glasses arrived in a reasonable time frame and liked to be a very good quality. There was an issue with one pair as it seemed the magnification was slightly off on the one side. I messaged the customer service and they corrected this issue and sent me a new pair of glasses. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! I would highly recommend Muukal.
