The glasses were very late I was told I would refund the shipping fee since I paid for advanced and didn't get it the Prescription was wrong they don't look like the picture and you won't give me a refund so now I'm stuck with crappy glasses I can't see out of

Awesome glasses but took a long time to arrive this time.

The 3 pair glasses are really nice. They are just as good as my more expensive pair that I paid a lot more for than the three pairs I just received from Musial!

Best pricing I have found anywhere. Order 3 pairs; the pricing allowed me to try progressives for 1st time (would never buy them before due to cost and not sure if I would like) a pair of polarized sun glasses and pair of single lens, all with the thinnest index lens. Buying another 3 pair right now. Very satisfied with all 3 pair including the progressive. Delivery was slower than I had anticipated.

The glasses are awful, not the prescription picture i sent no bifocal at all i reordered and want a refund for these put the refund on my current order and send my money back for second order and a return label

The selection is great. Customer service is just amazing. I forgot to change my address and it was to late to change it they went above and beyond with helping me.

I ordered 2 pairs and paid for bifocal sunglasses, the lens was wrong and their solution is to make them for distance only if I wanted distance I would have ordered them, the other pair is just fine, worst customer service I have no idea how they got a 4.5 rating review with all the complaints they get, I most likely have to have to take what I get, never will use this company again.

I ordered glasses from this company, but had never heard of them. The price was right and I fell in love with the frames! It was their busy time and kept me updated. They even said they would send them fast delivery. I received them in a timely manner. Thank you, I will order from Muukal Optical again!
