I order 3 pairs for $119 and they were all high prescription bifocal progressives. All of them were perfect.

I love these glasses. Compared to in store purchase, the price is amazing. I got 2 pair for 94.00 Canadian including all costs and delivery. I upgraded to the better lenses and that was a reasonable price too. It takes a bit of time to get them. I think about 4 weeks, but the quality and price are amazing.

awful company. wrong prescription sent, wouldnt help at all. had to get paypal involved, they wont pay to ship my glasses back to them for a refund. Now you reply and offer a refund. Pathetic. Ignore my messages, not help me at all, but now I've Reviewed and paid to return it, now you offer to refund

The glasses are cheap and feel cheap. The styles are adorable and affordable. The lenses match my prescription just fine, with adjustments needed on my own for the different lense shapes. Each style varies greatly in quality and so I left individual reviews for each frames. Despite that, blue light blocking and sunglasses are amazing quality. Shipping was fast, but customer support did not get to me in order to fix an issue I had with the order. I reached out to them the minute my order was placed and heard nothing still. Because the website only offers %50 back in refund I'm gravely disappointed customer support didn't reach back faster. This is an OK option to add styles to your frames, but don't expect those $400 Gucci frames you yet from your eye doctor.

I got 3 pairs and purchased progressive and upgraded to a better lense for $5 extra or something like that. I love all 3. They aren't designer however I have paid for designer and they fell apart. Highly recommend. I love them all. 2 weeks to arrive. I will be buying from them again

The frames and lenses are extremely cheap. They don't at all match the quality or value represented by their website. Support has been disappointing Their frames and lenses are a good match only where someone's budget is so low that there are no alternatives. In my multiple communications their offer is to send them back at my expense to China. It's a game. They know that shipping to China is expensive and more costly than the frames and lenses and know few to none will do so. They've also offered a 50% refund if I drop my claim and don't send my frames back. This feels like another scam. They stopped responding to my messages. .

Glasses were made incorrectly by Muukal. I sent the correct prescription but the company made the glasses wrong and refused to refund or remake due to their error. They did eventually remake one pair after almost 2 months of disputing with 33 emails back and forth and finally received the one pair in March 2024. Hype, the customer service rep, emailed me, "if it still doesn't fit after the remake, it's not our problem, okay." I ordered 3 pairs of glasses and was told only 1 pair of the 3 will be remade. How can he respond, it is not their problem when, factually, it was their mistake. The one pair with cheap lenses was remade but not with the lenses choice I ordered. I will never order again and will not recommend this company. I spent $133.00 for 3 pairs of glasses at 119.00 plus shipping and customer service treated me poorly. I was cheated out of my money because I paid for 3 pairs of glasses that I cannot see out of because of their error in making the lenses for my glasses and the company refused to make this right. In response to your comment to my review. Everything I stated is true. I have the entire email chain. I sent a copy of my prescription and it shows the PD as 33.5 and 33.5 for each eye as measured by my ophthalmologist. The PD had nothing to do with the mistake that was made in making the lenses. The mistake was the ADD on the prescription showed +2.50 and you made the glasses with ADD +2.25. I sent you a picture of the lenses that was on all 3 pairs of the glasses you made and it showed +2.25. There was no need to send you a picture of me in my glasses when the PD was not the problem. The problem was the lenses were made with ADD +2.25 and it should have been as the prescription stated as ADD +2.50. You had every chance to make this right and you refused. As you stated in your email, it was not your problem.
