Recently purchased the 3 pair special. Even with my complicated, progressive prescription, they got it all correct and I love the glasses!

I have ordered multiple times from Muukal. They always have great deals and very good quality glasses. When I ordered a children’s frame by mistake they replaced them for free. Definitely recommend Muukal!

Complete and total scam of a company! Horrible customer service! Horrible glasses that are wrong and will give a refund if you pay the $50+ for shipping to send them back!! (The total amount was $64!) Do not buy from them!

Order# 22407151574 I ordered my three pairs of glasses which cost 164.00 more than the $119 that they advertised. The first pair that I took out of the package the lenses fell out of the frame. I tried all three pairs on but I didn't see all that well through any of them, although the prescription was listed as what I submitted. There's no sense sending them back when I'm only going to get half of the cost. So although I got the glasses I'm not that happy.

Prescription is wrong, shipping was slow, service was nonexistent. All you have to do is read the response to other reviews to see the professionalism of this company. Run. RUN!!
