Awesome Customer Service! I bought my glasses a couple weeks ago and received them yesterday. They weren't what I wanted. I was confused with the photochromic and sunglass tint. I emailed them and Lisa responded right away. They are going to redo my glasses for me. Lisa was awesome with everything. She explained the difference. I can't wait to get my glasses again. This company’s rebuttal to my review was totally bogus. Not only did they not refund the whole amount, plus postage reimbursement, but did not refund the$55 promised from the beginning. Their communication, when there at all, was unprofessional, hateful. they Lied about my responses, saying I “insisted” various things. The only thing I insisted upon was that they keep their word, and stand behind their printed policy.

I bought the frames, and within 10ish days they were at my door. I love the style and fit. I will be coming back for my next set soon.
