Amazing glasses at an unbelievable price! They were here in less than 10 days. I made a mistake on one of my prescription inputs and they emailed me right away to ask for clarification before they processed my order!

The PD on all 3 pairs of glasses was so wrong it made them unbearable. One of the prescriptions was wrong, they didn't add in the prisms I need. Customer service was rude right off the bat. I finally ended up getting them to agree to send correct glasses, but then they ghosted me and never sent anything. Edit: You said you were going to send the corrected glasses, but you didn't, I either need corrected glasses or my money back. Please respond to my customer service messages.

Hello, you told us that your optometrist tested your glasses for the absence of prisms, but we did. Our suggestion is to resend a pair and send the test report. You don't agree, so what do you need us to do for you?

I got 4 pairs of glasses for myself including thinned blue light lenses. All 4 pairs were perfect! I'll definitely be ordering more!
