The most awful customer service experience I have ever had with a "company" in my life! No accountably for a mistake they made and no chance of working with them! Awful!!!

The glasses took a long time to travel from the manufacturer to several places in China before they left China and several days once they reached Canada before they were shipped to me.

We bought the 3 Pair for One Price deal and purchased two different prescriptions. Both prescriptions were for progressive glasses and the lenses were perfect. They were also delivered on time, in two weeks. The only issue we had was that one pair was not adjusted/balanced and the frame will need to be adjusted professionally. Overall we are very happy and will order from them again 😊

I bought this frame a couple of weeks ago. Fit is a little tight but the prescription is spot on! Only complaint they took way too long to arrive! However, well worth the wait!
