Did not know you were closed for Chinese New Year. Took longer to receive my glasses.

The prescription is wrong. My vision is worse with these than without. Same prescription as my other glasses. I've tried to reach out but I'm getting no response.

I ordered three pairs of glasses only one came in with the correct prescription. The other two One was the incorrect pair of glasses and the prescription was all off. The second pair of glasses were mangled and not the correct prescription. I don’t understand how you get one prescription out of three correct. It’s been three weeks and I have contacted them over 63 times through numerous ways to contact them and I have yet to receive reply from the company in my state. This is Fraud. I am requesting a full refund ASAP or I’m taking it to the attorney general. Not one response. I am not the only one that is having this problem. There is actually a Facebook page with over 5000 consumers complaining of the exact same problem. Not one person has received a reply back and we have called emailed commented on their Facebook page contacted them through the website called text messages and none of us have received a reply back.
