Easy ordering, great price and good delivery time. Not certain 2 of my pairs didn't have the tint reversed.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for $ 80 . I was not expecting the quality to be as good as my $300 glasses but they are. The frames are not cheap or small and have good sturdy bend points and nose pads. The lenses are shorter than what I am used to wearing so it took several hours for my eyes to retarget in the progressive lens. I wear a top only frame. I ordered the mid index 1.55 with the clear lenses and the ultimate coatings. I am going to place another order for progessive sunglasses and a pair with full frames and blue blocking for my computer and television sessions. They were here in10 days. This reveiw should reflect 4.5 stars !

It was easy to order and the price was right.

I purchased 5 pair. Three are progressive and two are for reading. I was so excited when they arrived! NONE of them were the correct perscription and each of them were different in the way they were wrong!!! I will be asking for a complete refund. I will be getting on the phone today to see if the customer service works.

PLEASE READ RESPONSES to gather what the customer service is like! I didn’t and I regret it. I wrote to the company because I have a relatively complicated prescription and wanted to make sure they made such lenses. They stated they did (progressive lenses with astigmatism correction and Prisms). I kept in contact with the company, frequently needing to clarify in 2 or 3 different ways a simple concept. There was definitely a language barrier. I did need to correct them that they did not seem to add the prisms into their form (I sent them a pdf of the prescription). I had to highlight, send, and then explain what it meant 3 times, before they finally responded with that it wasn’t part of the original prescription - it was the exact file I originally sent. They finally agreed to add the prisms. I received the glasses about a week later - 2 weeks after placing order. I could not see a thing. I took them into my eye doctor and she said that they’d put 4 prisms in where it called for 1 or 2, one of the frames was completed bent, the PD was way off for 2 of them, and all 3 had the progressive in completely the wrong place, with the coatings for Blue block and the sunglass tint being put on the incorrect side of the lens. I contacted the company regarding these issues and requested a refund (they advertise a warranty/guarantee and money back). I sent them the prescription with my doctor’s notes on them as to what was incorrect. Customer service at Muukal stated that they knew the glasses were correct. They offered me $70 in the end (I’d paid over $130). If not, I would have had to send the glasses, at my expense, to CHINA, to maybe get a refund. This is my experience. The old adage about “if it’s too good to be tru, it probably is” is true here. DO NOT order from this company. UPDATE 9/26/24: Response says they were trying to work with me which is a lie. They argued with me, told me I was wrong, and then wanted pictures? I had my doctor describe in detail to them what was incorrect on the glasses - much more than a prism issue. I gave them a chance to remake or refund. They argued. Buyer beware!

Very happy with my new reading glasses. They were a fraction of the price I would pay if buying from my optometrist, so I could afford to get three pairs instead of just one. This is very helpful for me, because I have a bad habit of losing my reading glasses quite often! Now I don't have to worry, as I will always have a spare pair!

The glasses are very affordable. One issue is one pair are extremely loose and when I ask the eye doctor office to fix them they all throw little fits and complain at me. I don’t want to hear it. These glasses are absolutely amazing for the price. I will be ordering more
