Each pair was spot on!

The prescriptions in all three pair are very accurate. While the looks of each are good, the quality of materials and the sizes are mid-range. Very slow shipping as they do not originate in US so I spent unnecessary money on expedited shipping. All frames are too small for my head because I went for style rather than paying attention to actual measurements, although I did search by large frame category. There is not a way to filter by precise frame dimension and that would be helpful. The customer service and responses go above and beyond to help and all aspects of this transaction have been thoroughly addressed.

I was told my delivery was going to come on Monday, It was delivered on Tuesday and left outside!

I left a previous review of 3 stars. I am down grading to one. Out of the 3 pairs of glasses/frames that I ordered or Muukal replaced, all 3 broke within a week at the longest. This was with completely normal use. Muukal worked with me for a while, offering $30 as a refund. That was 1/4 of the price I paid, plus almost 3 months ( June 6th was my original order) of frustration, breakage and having to purchase new frames from a local store. When the last frames broke within hours of wearing,NORMAL WEAR, I again reached out to Muukal asking for the remaining $85 that I had spent originally. No response. This is a justifiable request. Just receive a refund for amount that I spent. I would NOT ever recommend this company. * Muukal, The summary you provided was accurate. Unfortunately, your product was inferior. Receiving a new frame or new glasses that almost immediately broke ( beyond repair) isn’t a solution. Each time I wore the glasses your produced, they broke with normal use, the first pair within 2 weeks, the replacement frame within 1 week and the third pair within hours of wear. Is that the produce you want me to endorse? As for Muukal refunding the amount for 1 pair of glasses, that is inaccurate. I paid $129 for 2 pair. You first offered me $30 or I could return the glasses to China and pay $50 for shipping and customs. Why would I do that? I again asked for at least 1/2 of the amount to be refunded. You gave me the final offer or $45 which I accepted. Mainly because I was tired and discouraged with 3 month process. The third pair was un used. I felt that at least I had one *good* pair; different frame so maybe it would last more than 2 weeks. That pair I wore for 5 hours. YES, just 5 hrs of normal wear. I took them off and placed them on the counter; not hard,not dropped. They broke. I ended up with not a single pair from you that were sound. This whole interaction of 3 months had costs me mental distress , frustration and financial out put with NO gain. Yes, I reached out to ask for a refund of $85 which with the $45 you already refunded, would be a full refund of what I paid originally. I sent a email to your company giving all these details. I received NOTHING in reply. Therefore I left this review, an honest evaluation of my interaction with Muukal

Love the frame choices. Excellent vision results. And the price- 3 pairs of premium progressives for $119! A superior bargain. I ordered 3 pairs for my husband!

Amazing prices, amazing selection, amazing quality, way quicker than I expected, we will definitely be back and highly recommend.
