I love my glasses. The only small problem is the poka dots over the bridge of the nose piece are not there or only have 1/2 of dot there. It's a small flaw and I can live with it. Just bringing it to someone's attention so no one else gets them like that and is more picky about those thing.

Purchased the 3 pair promotion Bifocals..... The prescription was good the glasses arrived faster than I expected.... The glasses looked good and I initially was happy with my purchase until I wasn't.... The hinge points on my glasses were very weak and it wasn't long until all three pairs had the ear piece to come loose and finally detached and fell off... The hinges were still attached to the frame the problem was where the hinge attached to the ear piece.... I sent an email about the issue and I asked them if they could be repaired but never heard anything back....

I really love the appearance of the glasses, however, the measurements are off and I cannot use them. I realize getting a prescription correct is difficult, especially when I may not have been precise in measuring my old glasses. I think if the nose piece was shorter, I might be able to use them. I wish I could wear them, I love them.

Excellent customer care. I thought I had submitted a pdf of my prescription, but somehow I didn’t. I did fill in the boxes as well but must have messed that up too. When my glasses arrived the prescription was wrong. I contacted their customer care and they redid the pair. I received them today and they are spot on. The selection is amazing. The price can’t be beaten. Thanks to Hygge I will continue to purchase from this company.
